You may cancel your reservation free of charge up to the time limit specified in your booking confirmation. If your cancellation is made within the allowed period, any prepaid amount will be fully refunded using the original payment method.
Cancellations made after the free cancellation period may be subject to a cancellation fee. The exact conditions and any applicable charges are clearly stated during the booking process and in your confirmation email.
If the vehicle is not collected at the agreed pickup time and no prior notice is given, the reservation may be considered a no show. In such cases, the prepaid amount or part of it may be retained, according to the rental terms of your booking.
If you need to modify your reservation details, such as pickup time, location, or rental duration, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes, subject to vehicle availability and updated pricing.
For airport pickups, we strongly recommend providing your flight number during booking. This allows us to monitor delays and adjust your pickup time accordingly. Flight delays communicated in advance are handled with flexibility whenever possible.
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Please note that the time required for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or card provider.
